BTC Up or Down - 1 Hour

1-hour Up or Down market. UP wins if the ending average is at or above the starting average. DOWN wins if it is below the starting average. The ending average uses the 60 seconds before 07:00 UTC on November 2, 2026. The starting average uses the 60 seconds before the scheduled start. Each average uses 60 one-second closing prices. Seconds without trades carry the last available price forward. Confirmation is first attempted 10 seconds after each boundary; missing source data can delay it. Resolution source: Binance BTCUSDT one-second candle closes.

The final price averages 60 equally weighted one-second closes in the last minute. At or above the price to beat is Up; below is Down. The estimate assumes the latest price holds.
