The ending average uses the 60 seconds before 18:00 UTC on November 1, 2026. The starting average uses the 60 seconds before the scheduled start. Each average uses 60 one-second closing prices. Seconds without trades carry the last available price forward. Confirmation is first attempted 10 seconds after each boundary; missing source data can delay it. Resolution source: Binance BTCUSDT one-second candle closes.
